In this virtual circle, we will come together and work with the five instruments; breath, movement, sound, visualization, and attention to really attune to what it means to be at peace with oneself.

In a world going mad, let us come together in the quiet of the morning, and remember that, in the end, all of this has happened before, and all of this will happen again.

And all that matters is our rootedness in the storm.
