Embodiment Work Meets Creative Process
I write for a living. I always have. And recently, I have fallen in love with taking the embodiment practices I've been taught and using them to tap into the essence of Eros, Shakti, the Spark; birthing creative expression and art that is feral, fertile, and fecund.
It is from this process of doing this for myself that I offer this embodied practice drawn from direct experience.
In devotion,
Arivind Abraham
Are you ready to give life to what roars within you?
HOW WE WILL WORK
The purpose of this container is to use breath, movement, sound, and meditation to birth creation, no matter the medium or format, rooted in truth, direct experience, and emotional depth.
Each call will be spent in embodiment practice, followed by time to share the progress and process of our creations: not for feedback (unless solicited) but to be witnessed and encouraged.
Your very own creative coven.
You'll also receive a channeled prompt to anchor your practice during the week, including a related daily embodiment practice.
And of course, community, via a private WhatsApp group where we all support each other.
WHO THIS IS FOR
You have something inside of you, something dying to be expressed, but you cannot see the path forward.
Traditional writing groups or creative feedback circles haven't worked.
You're tired of working in isolation and alone, yearning for a community of like-minded, spiritual, embodied creatives who recognize that there is something greater using us as a channel for this art.

Your Guide
Arivind Abraham
Arivind Abraham serves as a ferryman for those navigating the passages between death and rebirth. His work is rooted in Tibetan Buddhist practice, his maternal lineage's relationship with Kali Amman, and decades spent learning what it means to die and be reborn—again and again. He guides others through the liminal spaces where the old self falls away and something truer begins to emerge
