The Experience

THIS RETREAT INCLUDES…

  • A 3 day, 2 night reset in Athens upon arrival with guided tours to particular sites and nature to prepare yourself for the retreat

  • A 5 day, 4 night retreat at the foot of Mount Olympus by the sea

  • Morning yoga

  • Morning and evening practice

  • Free time in the day for integration and individual reflection

  • Excursions to sacred sites including Delphi with practice close by

  • Closing ceremony on top of Mount Olympus

  • Fully catered healthy meals

  • Shuttle to and from Athens to retreat location

FAQs

What do I need to bring ?

Meditation zafu, pillows, blankets, yoga mats, backjacks - anything that you need to be both seated and laying down comfortably outside throughout the practice.

Participants also require blindfolds or shawls that can be used as blindfolds.

You may also want to bring a journal and pen, crayons, and/or any other medium you like to capture insights in during integration. Just know you might be in very low light conditions outside.

What do I wear?

Comfortable clothing you can move in and be warm. No jeans.
